Frequently Asked Questions
How many hours before departure do I need to check in?
We recommend checking in within an hour before departure. While your private jet charters allow you to go through a private terminal, if you have bags to check-in, it’s always better to show up earlier rather than later. That way, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the amenities available in the FBO.
How much time will I save on a Private Jet experience flight?
Depending on your destination, taking a private jet charter will generally save you up to 24 hours of travel time compared to commercial flights. It’s also worth noting that with the world-class service, your private flight experience will be relaxing, enjoyable and luxurious.
How much luggage can I take with me on the private jet flight?
We use the general guideline for all private planes: one checked suitcase per traveler. Your one item should not weigh more than 50 lbs. or 23kg. If you require more than one suitcase per person, please let us know 24 hours prior to departure. Each traveler can bring one personal item on the plane.
Is there a transfer from the airport to the accommodation?
Reliable private transfer from the airport to your accommodations is part of the Jets 100 luxury experience. After landing at your destination, a concierge will lead you to your private transfer with the luggage pre-loaded. Your drivers will have your accommodation’s address and will ensure you arrival in style.
What food and beverages are served on board the private aircraft?
The food and beverages that are served on board will change depending on the length of your flight and the membership you’ve chosen. Prior to your flight we will be sure to ask about any allergies or dietary restrictions to ensure your in-flight menu is tailored to you. We’re proud to offer many luxury amenities for you to enjoy!
